On To The Future

Last Thursday, June 22nd, 2000 I celebrated my 48th birthday. It's difficult to believe that now I find myself in better shape than I have been for what I'll refer to as quite some time (going back to before my heart attack). I've been walking on a regular basis and watching my eating habits with an enthusiasm that even surprises me. I also do 20 push-ups each day and continue to plan to join a health club soon. In addition, my dancing continues and I've yet to feel tired on the dance floor.

As I said before, this heart attack has been a shock to my system and really did wake me up. I wouldn't wish it on anybody. However, happening when it did, the resulting stent implantation and recovery program seem to have strengthened me. Coupled with my improved lifestyle, they will now allow me a relatively long and happy life.

For now, thank God I'm alive. And since that's the case, it has been a pleasure to write this story. I hope you enjoyed it.

Thank you for reading and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to send me an e-mail. Bill@haggo.com

My best to you and yours.
