DOC's Oasis

Back in the early 90's, Doc Haggerty operated a Country Western Honky Tonk & Dance Hall called Doc's Oasis. In addition to Partner and Line Dance Instruction and Open Dancing, Doc occasionally offered Country Karaoke as well.

Today, Doc continues to honor the spirit of fun and enjoyment of Doc's Oasis by referring to that Oasis in a way similar to that of Hemingway's 'Moveable Feast'. That is, Doc feels that when Dancing and Singing today, he is returning to that spirit captured earlier. Any place that Doc goes, in effect then, is the Oasis.
